No Agenda, No Meeting
Time is your most valuable asset. Don't waste it on useless meetings.

- Systemize success.
The AED System
Automate, Eliminate, Delegate
- First, eliminate what you can.
- Then, make systems and delegate the rest.
Energy Audit
Look after your energy. You can't pour from an empty cup.
- Take your time to reflect on what gives you energy.
No Meetings in the Morning
Use async video tools like Loom to record updates instead of meetings.
- Consolidate all meetings to 1 day per week.

4 hours of deep work > 12 hours of distracted work.
- Protect your mental energy and get into your flow state daily.
Quarterly Resets
Give your mind, body, and spirit a reset.
- Every quarter, take a step back, take a breath, and reassess your goals.

- Regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your brain.
Focus on the 4 W of Work
Systems give you the freedom to control the 4W's in life:

- Where
- When of your work.
